TABU – A Safe Space for Honest Conversations

TABU is a social platform that creates a safe space where stigmas are challenged and learned narratives are redefined. It encourages open dialogue and celebrates the diversity of human experience — with honesty, curiosity, and humor, even when things get uncomfortable.

Central to the identity is the custom variable font “Pretty Normal”, inspired by human textures such as skin, hair, and bodily secrets. It embodies the project’s idea of embracing what is usually hidden or considered taboo, visualizing the beauty and fluidity of imperfection.

A responsive website and selected print materials complement the visual system, translating the concept into both digital and physical touchpoints.
